Big energy this week. Big. Huge.
(Did you hear Julia Robert's voice when you read that? Pretty Woman, anyone?)
The end of last week kicked off this big energy with the last New Moon of the year. Now we have the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere (Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere). In addition there are Christmas and Kwanzaa for those who celebrate.
The energy this week leans masculine (read: the energy of doing) so please be sure to care for yourself while you're caring for others and doing all the things.

Monday, December 22nd
Speaking of caring for others, don't be too surprised if you're feeling compassion fatigue today. You may feel tapped out from giving emotionally and energetically. Please give to yourself today. Take 5 more minutes in the shower, drink your coffee while sitting down the whole time, rest your eyes for 20 minutes, and drink your (electrolyte) water.
Tuesday, December 23rd
With mental fog lifting, you are in a state of flow and have clarity of mind supporting you in conversing with others. Interactions don't feel so clogged up today. Another layer for the day? Gifts in emotionally fulfilling connections. It's a good day, and it kind of feels like a big deal when I look at the energy.
Wednesday, December 24th
Speaking of conversations. Today feels like a big conversation is to be had. You may be leading the conversation or playing a strong role in it. You're reminded to keep biting words to a minimum in an effort to have the conversation be productive. Also. Boundaries. You're allowed to walk away from conversations and energies that don't respect your boundaries.
Thursday, December 25th
I'm hearing, "Pay no mind to the darkness." Ignore the external negativity if there is any, and allow yourself to be the light. There's an energy of being surrounded by many emotional 'cups' to be filled and you're ready to take it on. As with Monday's suggested advice, don't forget to take care of yourself and your own emotional cup. Your needs are important too.
Friday, December 26th
Today’s energy is strongly influenced by your physical environment and the energy around you. There's a drive from you to be giving. And the Universe reciprocates that giving energy right back to you. Kind of like an energetic Uno reverse. In a good way. All of your efforts for the week have not gone unnoticed, and Spirit wants to show you that. Enjoy!
