VIBE CHECK: For the week of Dec 8-12th!

This week? Exciting and whimsical.

When I channeled into the week's energy, my Team put me at a playground on a swing. I leaned backward and looked up at the sky as I swung. I watched the clouds floating above me. It felt relaxing. It felt free of distraction. It felt peaceful.

This week has a lot of movement related to your overall spiritual journey (read: soul-level sh*t). Spirit also got pretty specific about body senses this week so make sure you're taking care of your physical-self.

Let's get into it.

Monday

"Slowing down the chase." Today is a day for staying present. Not feeling sad about the past. Not feeling worried about the future. Staying right here. Right now. My Team is also bringing up something about a smell today? Feel free to let me know how that one strikes.

Tuesday

Remember the Sesame Street song? Well, that's coming through for today's energy. I pulled The Sun card. The happiest card in the tarot deck, and immediately heard, "Sunny day, chasing the clouds away..." This directly circles back to the vision of looking up at the cloudy sky while swinging. It feels very smiley today. And very much an active movement related to an emotional fulfillment situation.

Wednesday

Lumbar support. That was the statement fresh out the gate from Spirit. This could be connected to your Sacral Chakra (doesn't have to be... could literally just be lower back support) and supporting your sensuality and your creativity. A balanced Sacral Chakra can also help support you in feeling comfortable in a state of change. I pulled The Death card which is all about endings, change, and transformation soooooo. Yeah. Spirit got pretty literal with this one.

Thursday

Today's energy links to Monday's "slowing down the chase." You may feel connected to your own wisdom and 'knowing' more than usual. It feels like a day of deep gratitude and of honoring your present day life. Knowing you're safe. You're protected. You're alive. And. No joke. Spirit keeps playing Hit Em Up x Tupac. A song about being personally victimized and showing up anyway. Stronger and bolder than ever. The song has deeper roots than that (obviously), but we'll keep it at that for now.

Friday

Someone may come in today and match your energy. This energy supports your heart space to be open enough to embrace it. This person is not only aligned with your energy, but also leaves no doubt that the exchange between you will be balanced. This doesn't have to be an intimate partnership btw (read: friend, family member, co-worker), but it absolutely can be.

2026 is going to be a year of people finding one another. A year of aligned intimate partnerships and otherwise. Don't be surprised when that person you know who's been single for a long time suddenly finds their person. For real.

Remember to ask your Spirit Team for help at anytime. It doesn't have to be formal. They're your buds and love you. They want to help you; it's literally their job. But. You do have to ask them. You can be as general or as specific as you want.
