VIBE CHECK: For the week of Nov 3-7th!

It's a week to stay grounded; touch grass, drink (electrolyte) water, run cool water over your hands, indulge in something cozy, place your hand on the top of your head for 30 seconds. Get my drift?

November brings a Full Moon (November 5th), Mercury Retrograde (November 9-29th), and a new moon (November 19/20th). The retrograde this month starts in Sagittarius and retrogrades to Scorpio. The signs/placements likely impacted the most include: Sagittarius (shocker), Gemini, Pisces, and Virgo.

The whole month feels energetically serious, sensual, and electrically charged (I keep seeing a lightning bolt). Let's talk about the week that kicks it all off.

Monday

I heard, "Stop what you're doing and LISTEN." The direct statements applying to here are, "You're not stuck. You're not going backwards." Put these affirmations on a mental loop today. That is all.

Tuesday

Someone you've had separation from is likely coming back today. It feels romantic, but it doesn't have to be. This could also be a family member, old friend, co-worker, etc. Take it as it resonates and don't try to make it fit. Anywho... this person coming towards you has done a lot of healing, and their energy feels truthful and matter-of-fact. However, you have the power to choose how to engage with this person and their energy (read: the way they make you feel, their behavior, and the dynamic between you). You can decide whether to match their energy, set boundaries, or create distance to protect your own well-being. It's about accepting the reality of the person, not trying to change them, and then making a conscious choice about the connection based on that clarity. Phew. That was a mouthful (that's what she said).

Wednesday (Happy Full Moon!)

Holy harmony and happiness, Batman. The four of wands and the 10 of cups (IYKYK). Today is aligned in a way that deserves recognition. Originally I thought I was hearing the word 'sanctimony,' but realized it's actually 'matrimony.' SOLID difference in the words lol. Matrimony is a fancy way of saying 'marriage,' right? And for some people in this collective could that be the meaning? Yes. For the rest of us, it means "locking in together." It's 3:33 on my clock as I type that. So what does this mean? The day feels locked in. It all feels aligned. And happy. So hold hands (metaphorically or physically) and join in the energy. I'm literally seeing Julie Andrews twirling on a mountain in my mind's-eye. Hey, Alexa-- play The Sound of Music! I'm also hearing 'deadhead' so... Hey, Alexa-- play Sugar Magnolia x Grateful Dead!

Full Moons are for RELEASING. Write down on paper what/who/where no longer serves you and burn it (safely).

Thursday

Masculine energy (read: the doing energy) kicks up in the beginning of the day and ends in a feminine state of receiving. Whatever tries to lead you in a way of feeling impatient or emotionally disconnected doesn't stand a chance. There's a strike of balance today. For some of you, this balance also comes with a balance in (intimate) partnerships that's been much needed.

Friday

Friday is effing lit. Divine feminine energy is at an all-time high (the energy of receiving). Today brings the ability to have both strong mental clarity and emotional satisfaction. The compatibility between logic and emotion feels rare, but it's framework can be sustainable. Soak it in. This is the energy pouring into the weekend and the week ahead, too. There's a positive shift and it feels GOOD.

Remember to ask your Spirit Team for help at anytime. It doesn't have to be formal. They're your buds and love you. They want to help you; it's literally their job. But. You do have to ask them. You can be as general or as specific as you want.
